These terms and conditions apply to any booking to attend IAPACON events including its Workshops and other forms of trainings.
INTRODUCTION
1. The event is organized and managed by Indian Association of Physician Assistants (IAPA), 4A, Dr. J. Jayalalitha Nagar, Mogoppair, Chennai – 600058. 2. References to “us” means Indian Association of Physician Assistants (IAPA) and references to “we” and “our” shall be construed accordingly. 3. Reference to “you” means the entity completing a booking request and references to “your” shall be construed accordingly.
4.All applications to register for the event, and all orders to purchase the relevant item, are made subject to these terms & conditions (which shall apply to the exclusion of any terms you attempt to be incorporated into our agreement with you).
BOOKINGS
All applications to register for the event are subject to availability and full payment being received by us.
PRICE & PAYMENT
1. The prices for attending the event, are set out on the relevant registration booking form or on our website. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. 2. If full payment has not been received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time and refuse entry.
